Job Description

As an HR Assistant in the hospitality industry, your role will involve assisting in daily HR operations, supporting employee relations, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the HR department. - Assist in recruitment activities, such as job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews. - Maintain and update employee records including attendance, leave, and personal files. - Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires. - Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and notices. - Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs. - Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. - Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and management team. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry (restaurant, resort, or hotel). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
