HR Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant HR Manager with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in human resources management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, supporting business goals, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Job Description :

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Handle employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Support leadership with HR insights and workforce planning

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
