Isuremedia is a premier website development and digital marketing agency with over 8 years of experience, specialised in marketing automation. We are looking for a HR Intern Coordinator to join our team. A HR Intern primary responsibility is to find, attract, and hire the right candidates for open positions within an organization. This includes identifying potential candidates, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a successful onboarding process. Job Description Identifying potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) and screening resumes and applications. Communicating with hiring managers to understand their needs and building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Conducting interviews, assessing candidates against job requirements and company culture. Negotiating salary and benefits with candidates, ensuring offer letters are rolled out, and assisting with the onboarding process. Conducting market research, understanding industry trends, and developing effective recruitment strategies and job posting. Maintaining daily accurate records of recruitment activities, hiring calls, candidates database and generating reports. Assisting the HR Manager with daily human resources related activities. Requirements Bachelor's/Masters degree in any field or HR related field. Prior min experience of 3-6 months in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication in English, strong networking skills, and the ability to build rapport with candidates. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to recruitment challenges. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Understanding of various recruitment stages, sourcing techniques,screening and legal compliance. Experience with job portals for job posting, social media recruiting platforms, and other relevant tools.
