Job Description

Designation:

Department:

Male candidates are preferred.

English fluency and best grooming has to be there.

Minimum experience 2.5 to 3 years

Salary 3L to 3.6L

Educational Qualification: Graduation with the Post Graduate

HR:

Time & Attendance Management:
Bio metric and HRMS package upgradation.
Onboarding:
Joining formalities and Records updating (Offers, appointment, NDA) and maintenance.
Selection & Recruitment:
Coordinating in the sourcing, Interview Scheduling and followed with the portal paperwork.
Payroll Coordination:
Prepare and submit the particulars of LOP, OT, late arrivals, and advances from the time management sheets.
Statutory Compliance:
New addition and Deletions in EPF and ESIC challans coordination, also coordinating with DISH activities.
Reimbursement Management:
Verify and process employee reimbursement claims with supporting documents, and compliance with company policies.
Registers:
Labor Registers are maintained.

Admin:

IT Asset management
and maintenance.
Employee Identification:
Manage employee ID cards and visiting cards.
Facility Maintenance:
Oversee AC maintenance and stationery stock. Negotiate with the Vendors for the quotations.
Insurance:
addition and Deletion updation. Renewals for the insurance policy.
Telecom Management:
Maintain Airtel CUG and Airtel Broadband connections and coordinate with service providers and gets the bills paid.
Travel & Accommodation:
Handle hotel room bookings, transportation arrangements, and inspection coordination. Also negotiating with the vendor. Facilitating the travels for the employees, inspections and dignitaries.
IT Procurement:
Purchase and manage IT equipment (laptops, desktops, printers, telecom devices).
Inventory:
Monthly inventory and asset sheet prepared.
