Job Title: HR Assistant (Female)

Location: Haribalakrishna Automobiles,

Karaiyiruppu, Madurai Main Road, Tirunelveli.

Education: Master's of business administration in Human resource management , Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Female HR Assistant to support the daily administrative and HR-related tasks of our department. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, from recruitment support to employee documentation and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day HR operations and documentation

Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)

Coordinate recruitment activities – posting jobs, scheduling interviews, etc.

Assist in onboarding and orientation for new employees

Help organize employee engagement programs and events

Support payroll processing and attendance tracking

Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate channels

Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

Basic understanding of labor laws and HR functions

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Pleasant personality and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship or experience in HR (preferred, not mandatory)

Knowledge of HR software or systems is a plus

Fluent in English
