The National Centre for Quality Calibration is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join their team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Recruitment and Onboarding: - Post job openings, review resumes, and schedule interviews. - Conduct initial screenings and coordinate onboarding. - Employee Relations: - Address employee queries and resolve issues. - Support employee engagement initiatives. - HR Administration: - Maintain employee records and HR databases. - Policy Development: - Assist in developing and communicating HR policies. - Ensure policy adherence. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field. - More than 1 year of experience as an HR Executive (Not for freshers or interns). - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Graduation or Masters degree in Human Resources. - HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP). **What We Offer:** - Competitive salary and benefits. - Professional development opportunities. - Inclusive work environment.
