**Job Description:** As an Onboarding Process Associate, your role will involve handling the entire process of joining and full and final settlements for employees. You will be responsible for labor management, ensuring compliance with PF and ESIC generation requirements, and conducting site visits as necessary. **Key Responsibilities:** - Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees - Overseeing labor management activities - Generating PF and ESIC for eligible employees - Conducting site visits for various purposes related to employee onboarding **Qualifications Required:** - Prior experience in handling onboarding and full and final processes - Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations - Familiarity with PF and ESIC generation processes - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Kindly note that this job is a full-time position with day shift hours.
