Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Greet customers and assist them in identifying their vehicle service needs. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document findings. Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services. Explain services and repairs clearly and concisely to customers. Schedule appointments and manage the service workflow to optimize efficiency. Follow up with customers regarding service status and completion. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends. Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs. Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
