Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: ·

. To Process full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening and in person interviews. ·

Maintaining employee data associated with salaries to credit them on time via a check or a bank transfer.

To take care of Pre-onboarding and onboarding formalities including Induction sessions.

.Ensure Correct calculation of wages, bonus, deduction and Statutory Contribution like-tax.

.Address and resolve employee payrol quaries in timely manner.

Accuracy and statutory check on appointment letters issued to new hires. ·

To take care of training and development need of newly joined resources. ·

Generate payroll reports and audit payroll processes of accuracy.

Desired Profile: ·

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·

High level of accuracy and attention to detail. ·

Knowledge and understanding of working on different job portals like naukri, monster etc. ·

Experience of head hunting and sourcing profiles through linkedin etc. ·

Preferably MBA in Human Resources from a reputed university · Preferred experience of minimum 1-2 years in Recruitments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
