  • Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment processes \\u job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires, ensuring all joining formalities are completed.
  • Maintain and up employee records, HRIS data, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR\-related documents.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and communication initiatives.
  • Support in handling employee queries and ensuring HR policy compliance.
    Operations:
    • Provide administrative support in day\-to\-day office management and logistics coordination.
    • Assist in vendor management, purchase requests, and inventory tracking.
    • Support the preparation of reports, documentation, and internal communications.
    • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and operational alignment.
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling company information.
