Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding: post job ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, and conduct inductions.
  • Handle employee life cycle activities: joining formalities, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
  • Maintain HR records and HRMS systems.
  • Administer payroll inputs, leave and attendance tracking, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Organize training, employee engagement, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

Administration

  • Oversee office facilities, supplies, and vendor management.
  • Manage travel arrangements, event planning, and meeting logistics.
  • Handle asset management, office maintenance, and security.
  • Support budgeting for administrative expenses and cost optimization.
  • Ensure health, safety, and legal compliance across workplace operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred for managerial roles).
  • 2–5 years of HR and administration experience (adjust based on seniority).
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and HRMS software.
