About the Role:

HR & Administration Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to support the Head HR for factory operations.
  • Assist in onboarding and completing joining formalities for new hires.
  • Support recruitment activities including resume sourcing, scheduling interviews, and coordination with candidates.
  • Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and timesheets for staff and labour.
  • Assist in preparing payroll documentation and tracking statutory compliance.
  • Help in preparation of HR reports and factory-related documentation.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and welfare initiatives for factory and office employees.

Administration:

  • Support daily administrative functions at the Khopoli site.
  • Manage office supplies, housekeeping coordination, and facility maintenance.
  • Assist in vendor coordination, local purchase requests, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain visitor logs, gate passes, and security documentation.
  • Handle couriers, communication, and basic logistical tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Recently completed a

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Management Studies

    .
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labour administration preferred.
  • Proficient in

    MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    .
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to factory (Khopoli) if required.
