• Design, refine, and implement HR policies aligned with business growth and compliance
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and employee integration
• Act as an employee champion—handling grievances, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
• Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESI, attendance, documentation, labor laws)
• Lead payroll management with accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing
• Partner with leadership on strategic HR planning and organizational development
• Oversee smooth day-to-day office and administrative operations
• Ensure timely bill generation, reconciliation, and tracking of outstanding payments
• Create and implement efficient administrative SOPs
• Manage and mentor the admin team—driving accountability and performance
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
✔ Exposure to administration or facility management is an added advantage
✔ Excellent communication, people-management, and conflict-resolution skills
✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential matters
✔ A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization
