HR Administrator

As a dynamic and experienced lateral hiring recruiter, you will be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition department, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate for the position of HR Recruitment Executive should possess 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. You will collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Utilizing various methods such as social media, networking events, and job boards, you will build a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions. In addition to recruitment tasks, you will also be responsible for handling office admin work, recording and submitting reports on staff leave and attendance, and ensuring smooth communication with candidates and managers to successfully close positions. A candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field, along with knowledge of employment laws and regulations, will be preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization. Previous experience in human resources roles, particularly within the technology industry, will be advantageous. Possessing HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR, as well as negotiation skills, will be considered a plus.
