You are looking for a dynamic and experienced lateral hiring recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition department with 6 months to 2 years of experience. As an HR Recruitment Executive, you will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. You will collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies. Your creative thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential in sourcing, screening, and recommending experienced candidates for open positions.
