Job Description

You are looking for a dynamic and experienced lateral hiring recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition department with 6 months to 2 years of experience. As an HR Recruitment Executive, you will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. You will collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies. Your creative thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential in sourcing, screening, and recommending experienced candidates for open positions. Key Responsibilities: - Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience - Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop hiring strategies - Source, screen, and recommend experienced candidates for open positions - Utilize various sourcing methods like social media, networking events, job boards, and referrals - Follow up with candidates and managers to close positions - Post jobs on various platforms and handle job portals - Record and submit reports on staff leave and attendance - Handle office admin work Qualifications Required: - Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources or related field - 6 months to 2 years of recruitment and lateral hiring experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Additional Details: - Openings: 1 - Salary: No bar for deserving candidates - Job Location: Pune (Work from office only) Requirements: - Masters / Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 6 months to 2 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the technology industry - Understanding of employment laws and regulations - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus - Negotiation skills are a plus,
