With a committed leadership team and a focus on quality and process optimization, we are looking to strengthen our organizational structure by hiring a dedicated HR & Administration professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Support administrative functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational growth and employee well-being.
• Assist management in training, performance evaluation, and workforce planning.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Promote a positive work culture fostering collaboration and productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
