Key Responsibilities: Human Resources (HR) Management Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR strategies, policies, SOPs, and procedures aligned with business goals Lead end-to-end recruitment , onboarding, confirmations, contract management, and employee lifecycle processes Handle employee relations , grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, counselling, and conflict resolution Design and manage performance management systems (PMS) , appraisals, job evaluations, succession planning, and talent development programs Plan and execute training & development initiatives for employees and senior leadership using internal and external resources Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning , workforce optimization, and organizational growth Track, analyze, and present HR metrics and monthly MIS reports to management Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives Ensure complete compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, HR audits, health & safety regulations , and company policies Administration & Compliance: Oversee office and/or plant administration , including facilities, housekeeping, security, transport, and canteen operations (as applicable) Manage administrative vendors, contractors, and service providers , ensuring service quality and cost efficiency Maintain statutory registers, employee records, salary statements, HR policies, and documentation with full audit readiness Liaise with Government and Non-Government authorities for licenses, inspections, registrations, and statutory compliances Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and duty-of-care regulations Prepare, monitor, and control HR & Administration budgets Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations to support employees and business continuity Desired Candidate Profile: 10 - 12years of proven experience in HR & Administration leadership roles Strong working knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and industrial/office administration Hands-on experience in performance management, training & development, employee relations, and HR operations Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills High level of integrity, ownership, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving mindset
