Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an HR & Admin professional. The responsibilities include managing HR operations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, supervising employee benefits and personnel management practices, and driving organizational initiatives. The role also involves handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
• Experience with developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management and overseeing employee relations
• Effective communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on-site collaboratively and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently
• Familiarity with labour laws and compliance regulations
• Relevant professional qualifications

Compensation

• Monthly Gross Salary: ₹25,000
