Brief Role :
Job Description.We are looking forward to hiring a smart and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department as an HR Executive. You will be responsible for managing all the human resources tasks of the company. You will also be responsible for supervising the Human Resources procedures as well as policies. In addition to this, you should be able to implement employee compensation and benefits programs. As an HR Executive, you should be able to handle and manage the department budgets. Prior work experience as an HR Executive or a similar role will be an added advantage for the candidate.Responsible for recruitment & selection , induction activities , compensation & other HR functions & accounting processes.Excellent Communication - oral and written.Negotiation Skills.Good Analytical Skills , Problem analysis , Judgment and problem - solving.Vendor management.Time Management Skills : Punctual and able to meet deadlines / keep to a schedule.Personal integrity , Trustworthy and not willing to compromise standards / reputation.General Management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pune, Maharashtra, Pune - 411047, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• HR: 1 year (Preferred)
