1. Job Purpose To manage all Human Resource and Administrative functions across project sites and head office, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, employee support, and timely coordination between project teams and management. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Human Resource Functions, Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate manpower requirements from project sites. Publish job postings, screen CVs, schedule interviews. Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits. Maintain proper joining documentation, ID cards, and induction process. Attendance & Payroll Management Collect daily/weekly attendance from project sites. Verify overtime, shift work, and site allowances. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and share with finance. Maintain leave records and ensure compliance with company leave policy. Employee Records & Compliance Maintain employee master data, personal files, and project-wise allocation. Manage ESIC, PF, Professional Tax, and Labour Law compliance. Ensure timely documentation for contract labour, site labour compliance, and statutory registers. Performance & Employee Relations Support performance appraisal activities. Handle grievances, discipline issues, and conflict resolution. Promote positive employee engagement activities at sites & office. B. Administrative ResponsibilitiesGeneral Administration Manage office administration—stationery, housekeeping, security, assets. Ensure proper functioning of office equipment (IT coordination). Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for employees & project teams. Project Site Administration Support site mobilisation—staff deployment, accommodation setup, facilities. Ensure labour compliance documents (WC policy, labour licence, muster rolls). Track material inward/outward registers in coordination with project admin. Vendor & Facility Management Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, office maintenance, etc. Process vendor invoices and maintain AMC and contract records. Documentation & Reporting Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower tracker, and monthly admin expenses. Support audit requirements for HR and Admin functions. Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related documents. 3. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance in India. Ability to coordinate with multiple project sites. Good communication skills in English & Hindi (local language as advantage). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to handle pressure and project deadlines. 4. Education & Experience Qualification: Bachelor’s degree / 12th. Experience: Fresher 5.
