HR & Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities: - Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation. - Manage and update HR databases with various information such as new hires, resignations, leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off. - Coordinate and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs. - Prepare, manage, and revise necessary HR policies, procedures, and documents. - Review and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. - Collaborate with external partners, such as insurance vendors and banks, to ensure legal compliance. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries. - Handle internal arrangements, including travel coordination and expense processing. - Maintain schedules and coordinate calendar activities. - Answer telephone calls and provide necessary information. - Generate reports for senior management. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in HR administration or a related field. - Proficiency in HR software such as HRIS or HRMS, as well as Recruitment Marketing platforms. - Ability to effectively utilize computer software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. - Familiarity with labor laws and regulations. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Data-driven mindset. - Experience in recruitment marketing.
