HR & Admin Officer

As a potential candidate for the role, you will be responsible for the following: - Sourcing potential candidates through various online platforms - Advertising job openings on multiple platforms - Conducting interviews - Doing reference checks for prospective hires - Participating in job fairs, campus drives, and other recruitment events - Managing the onboarding process - Taking care of joining formalities - Maintaining and updating employee personnel files In order to be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: - Post Graduate in Human Resource Management - 1 year of experience in the relevant field - Should have a 2-wheeler - Savvy with MS Office Additionally, the skills required for this role include: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with various sourcing and recruitment techniques - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills Please note that this is a full-time job opportunity requiring a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and at least 2 years of experience in human resources management.
