HR & Admin Officer

As an experienced HR professional with 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience, you will play a pivotal role in our organization located in Navi Mumbai, India. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of all HR activities, day-to-day administration, and operational efficiency. You will be expected to have a good understanding of HR software systems, knowledge of labor laws, and proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In addition to handling internal HR processes, you will also be responsible for liaising with external partners such as insurance vendors and banks to ensure legal compliance. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for employees regarding any HR-related queries and will assist in coordinating various activities, from travel arrangements to expense processing. Your data-driven mindset and experience with recruitment marketing will be valuable assets in this role.
