Software Developer (Front end)

The position is based in Navi Mumbai, India and requires a candidate with 5 to 7 years of work experience. As a Front-end Developer, you will be responsible for working with iframe and its customization, developing new user-facing features using React.js, building reusable components, and front-end libraries for future use. You will also translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code, optimize components for maximum performance, design mobile-based interfaces, and collaborate with backend developers and web designers to enhance usability. Additionally, you will gather feedback from users and customers, create mock-ups and prototypes, assist backend developers with coding and troubleshooting, ensure high-quality graphic standards, and stay updated on emerging technologies. The ideal candidate should have proven work experience as a Front-end Developer, a thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, experience with popular React.js workflows like Flux or Redux, and familiarity with RESTful APIs. Knowledge of isomorphic React, experience in Node.js, Angular, strong skills in HTML, CSS, jQuery, UI/UX, and modern front-end build pipelines and tools are also essential. Moreover, candidates with experience in building UI for chatbots on the web, developing UI/UX solutions, web-based back-ends for content management, and APIs to connect chatbots with dashboards and databases will be preferred. Experience in PHP with frameworks like Laravel and working with both relational (MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis, etc) databases is considered an advantage. Leadership and personal attributes such as being a self-starter, creative thinker, collaborator, and confident communicator with a passion for excellence are highly valued. The ability to handle multiple assignments, proactively learn new technologies, work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate a solid work ethic, provide timely support, and possess teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential.
