Software Developer (Front end)

As a Front-end Developer, you will be responsible for developing new user-facing features using React.js and building reusable components for future use. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working knowledge with iframe and its customization - Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code - Optimizing components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers - Collaborating with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability - Creating quality mock-ups and prototypes - Helping back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting - Ensuring high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency - Staying up to date on emerging technologies Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven work experience of at least 5 years as a Front-end Developer - Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles - Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux - Familiarity with RESTful APIs - Strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, and jQuery - Experience with Node.js, Angular, and building web-based back-ends for content management - Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools - Experience in building UI for chatbots on the web - Experience in working with relational (MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis, etc) databases In addition to technical skills, leadership and personal attributes required for this role include: - Being a self-starter, creative thinker, collaborator, and confident communicator - Ability to handle multiple assignments/projects simultaneously and prioritize workloads - Demonstrated ability to proactively learn new technologies - Displaying a solid work ethic and providing timely support - Having a mindset of Continuous Improvement and being able to work independently with minimal supervision - Possessing teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude - Demonstrating a go-getter attitude, positive demeanor, good communication, and interpersonal skills - Having good problem-solving and analytical skills Education required for this role is a degree in BE/BTECH/BCA/MCA/Computer Science.
