Job Description

Position Summary:

The HR & Administration Manager will lead the Human Resources and Administration functions of the organization. This role involves managing the HR team, implementing HR strategies, overseeing talent management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and handling all administrative and facility management activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management

  • Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead the HR team in executing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Design and manage compensation and benefits programs ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to line managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor law requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  • Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage HR budgeting, workforce planning, and manpower forecasting.

Administration & Facility Management

  • Supervise administrative operations including office management, housekeeping, security, and vendor management.
  • Manage facility-related operations such as maintenance, space planning, utilities, and safety compliance.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory management of office supplies and assets.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across facilities.
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and event management for staff and visitors.
  • Develop and monitor contracts, leases, and service agreements with external vendors.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the HR and Admin team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Foster a positive, transparent, and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to senior management by providing HR insights and administrative support for organizational growth.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-8 years of progressive experience in HR and Administration; experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in HR strategy, policy implementation, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
