Job Description We are looking for a passionate and skilled Coffee Roaster with at least 2 year of experience . The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the roasting process, quality control, and passionate about delivering exceptional coffee flavors. THIS IS A FOOD INDUSTRY MANUFACTURING ROLE. Not a hotel or restaurant role. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor coffee roasting equipment of batch size 50kg every 20 mins Coffee grinding experience Ensure roast consistency and quality for each batch Maintain cleanliness and safety in the roasting area Collaborate with the quality and packaging teams Log and analyze roast profiles for improvement Requirements: Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in coffee roasting Strong understanding of roast profiles and bean characteristics Attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to work 6 days a week Based in or willing to relocate to Pune (Moshi) What We Offer: Competitive salary Opportunity to grow in a premium coffee brand= Collaborative work environment Experience working with export-grade Colombian beans
