HR & Admin Lead
The role is responsible for building an open and vibrant workplace culture, ensuring effective talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and engagement, along with seamless administration and compliance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people development, organizational culture, and creating a workplace where team members grow and perform at their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employer Branding & Culture Building
- Drive initiatives that strengthen employer branding and organizational culture.
- Implement systems aligned with company values and mission.
- Promote the spirit of self-management and team autonomy
2. HR Policy Formulation & Compliance
- Design and implement comprehensive HR policies in alignment with organizational values and legal mandates.
- Ensure fairness, compliance, and ethical integrity in all HR practices.
3. Administration & Facility Management
- Manage day-to-day office administration with attention to detail.
- Ensure sourcing and maintenance of resources (office space, equipment, etc.) for a great work experience.
- Implement workplace guidelines aligned with company culture and values.
4. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and hire the right candidates as per business requirements.
- Conduct seamless onboarding and induction programs to integrate new hires effectively.
5. Exit Management & Attrition Control
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze reasons for attrition.
- Recommend retention strategies and ensure smooth offboarding with proper handovers.
6. Performance Management & Capability Development
- Design and monitor performance management processes.
- Provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members.
7. Team Member Engagement & Wellbeing
- Organize engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Identify engagement gaps and work with leaders to strengthen team satisfaction and retention.
8. Training & Learning Management
- Conduct training needs analysis and deliver targeted learning programs.
- Create and deploy individual development plans for team members
What You Bring:
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 -10 years of progressive HR & Administration experience, preferably in manufacturing or similar industries.
- Strong expertise in HR policy, compliance, and performance management.
- Proven ability in talent acquisition, onboarding, and engagement programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution.
