Create editorial calendars to distribute content through owned and earned channels. Continuously improve by capturing and analysing appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. Collaborate with local city teams to manage our reputation, extract content from local events, and coordinate team strategies. Build relationships with industry influencers through twitter and LinkedIn. This role will report to the Head of Marketing and will need to work Directly in conjunction with the contracted Media agency.
