Role Overview: At InMobi Advertising, you will have the opportunity to shape how billions of users connect with content, commerce, and brands worldwide. In this role as a Lead - HR, you will partner with leaders and managers to drive organizational success by focusing on workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, and management. Your mission-critical work will be essential for optimizing tech operations and working with highly capable and ambitious peer groups. As a strategic enabler to the HR leadership, you will provide valuable insights on talent matters and organizational effectiveness, implement new initiatives, drive adoption, and support people engagement. Your role will involve diagnosing people engagement through regular connects and surveys, addressing gaps, designing solutions, and partnering with central People functions to cater to people priorities. Reporting and analytics will be crucial for driving people decisions, and you will develop and drive initiatives with the HR leader to optimize all people initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with leaders and managers to understand business priorities and drive organizational success - Lead workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, and management efforts - Provide valuable insights on talent matters and organizational effectiveness - Implement new initiatives, drive adoption, and support people engagement - Diagnose people engagement, address gaps, and design systematic solutions - Collaborate with central People functions to design solutions for people priorities - Analyze and leverage relevant data to drive people decisions - Develop and drive initiatives with the HR leader to optimize all people initiatives - Contribute towards data integrity in systems and support process compliance Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in the People function in a dynamic, hyper-growth paced Tech organization - Solid understanding of people processes across the employee lifecycle, data, and systems - Experience in translating People priorities into initiatives and programs that drive value - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building relationships at all levels - Creative problem solver with initiative and ownership, partnering cross-functionally - Analytical proficiency in People metrics and reporting (Note: The additional details of the company mentioned in the JD have been omitted in this summary.),
