Faculty - Alliance School of Business (Finance, Marketing and Operations Management)

As an International Faculty Member at Alliance University's Alliance School of Business, your role involves a combination of teaching, research, service, and international collaboration. Your primary responsibilities include: - Developing and delivering undergraduate and/or graduate courses in specific subjects or fields - Utilizing innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance student learning - Supervising student projects, theses, and dissertations - Conducting high-quality research and publishing findings in reputable international journals - Seeking external funding and collaborating on research projects with global partners - Participating in departmental meetings, committees, and other service activities - Mentoring students and junior faculty from diverse cultural backgrounds - Engaging in community outreach and promoting the university's international profile - Building and maintaining partnerships with academic institutions and organizations abroad - Participating in faculty exchange programs and international conferences - Contributing to the development of international curricula and joint degree programs Qualifications required for different positions are as follows: **Assistant Professor:** - Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business Administration are mandatory - A Masters degree with at least 55% marks - Doctoral degree in Business Administration or any related field from a top-notch institution with a strong research and academic background **Associate Professor:** - A Masters degree with at least 55% marks - Doctoral degree in Business Administration or any related field from a top-notch institution with a strong research and academic background - Minimum 8 years of teaching and research experience with renowned institutions - Minimum 7 research publications in highly reputed journals **Professor:** - A Masters degree with at least 55% marks - Doctoral degree in Business Administration or any related field from a top-notch institution with a strong research and academic background - Minimum 10 years of teaching and research experience with renowned institutions as a full-time faculty - Minimum 10 research publications in highly reputed journals **Professor Of Practice:** - Minimum of 15 years of experience in relevant renowned industries with significance to the university's curriculum - Preference given to candidates with senior-level positions and notable contributions to their industry - Formal academic degree (such as a Ph.D.) not mandatory, but must demonstrate expertise and achievements aligning with the university's mission and academic goals Your skills should include creative teaching, presentation, communication, innovative research, people engagement, networking skills, and the ability to teach and conduct research in a cross-cultural environment.
