As an International Faculty Member at Alliance University's School of Business, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and conducting impactful research in the fields of Human Resource Management, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Operations Management, and International Business. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements based on your academic and professional experience: - For the role of Assistant Professor, you need to have Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration, a doctoral degree in Business Administration or a related field from a reputable institution, and at least eight years of teaching and research experience. - For the role of Associate Professor, you should have a Master's degree with at least 55% marks, a doctoral degree in Business Administration or a related field, minimum 8 years of teaching and research experience, and at least 7 research publications in highly reputed journals. - For the role of Professor, you are required to have a Master's degree with at least 55% marks, a doctoral degree in Business Administration or a related field, minimum 10 years of teaching and research experience, and at least 10 research publications in highly reputed journals. - For the role of Professor of Practice, a minimum of 15 years of experience in relevant industries with significance to the university's curriculum is necessary. Preference will be given to candidates with senior-level positions and notable contributions to their industry.
