GMP SPECIALIST

Role Overview: As a Production Operations Manager at Tyson, you will be responsible for managing the achievement of operations key priorities in Safety, Quality, Productivity, People Engagement, and Cost for the assigned production lines. You will lead, coach, and engage the team to excel in set standards for operation and in the routines associated with 4M's+E (Man, Machine, Method, Material, Environment). Your role will involve controlling and managing the Store, GMP, Laundry, as well as KA operations to meet the KPIs and provide immediate corrective actions. Promoting continuous improvement and a growth mindset among team members will be essential to ensure a positive impact on Safety Health Environment, Quality, and Productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Manage operations key priorities in Safety, Quality, Productivity, People Engagement, and Cost for assigned production lines. - Lead, coach, and engage the team to excel in set standards and routines associated with 4M's+E. - Control and manage Store, GMP, Laundry, and KA operations to meet KPIs and provide corrective actions. - Promote continuous improvement and growth mindset among team members. - Ensure flawless execution of operations SOP, troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing deviations. - Plan and allocate plant resources to meet daily operation requirements within budget. - Work with Engineering team on parts purchase, repair, and servicing negotiation. - Develop competencies of the team with Operational Excellence, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. - Establish standards for key process input and output variables for Operations Team to follow. - Utilize internal and external resources to define and implement technical solutions. - Ensure Redzone and SAP completion as per given timeline. - Initiate and complete at least ONE Kaizen project annually. Qualifications Required: - Diploma in engineering or science-related field. - Relevant work experience without credentials background can be considered. - Experience in managing manufacturing equipment and processes. - At least two years of working experience in managing manufacturing equipment or processes.
