2. PJob Role: HR & Admin Lead

Employee Life cycle Management - On roll & Associates

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing of candidates to making offers, as per the defined TA process and approved SLAs, for levels that have been delegated to circles.
  • Conduct on-boarding of new joinees and smooth induction at circle level.
  • Execute cross-functional programs and employee engagement initiatives to improve performance and reducing attrition rate.
  • Ensure effective utilization of HR Budget and implementation of measures to drive cost optimization.
  • KRA communication for all employees, Ensuring Timely KRA creation for new joinees, support Head-HR in driving performance management cycle at circle -Appraisal Completion ( Mid year and Annual), probation completion for employees
  • Act as single HR SPOC for all employee helpdesk, grievances, on & offboarding, exit formalities, recoveries, engagement initiatives, payroll, reimbursements etc.
  • Managing Recruitment, performance and exit formalities of associates
  • Attendance management, Payroll management, reimbursements

Business Partnering & Communication

  • Understand   the  business  environment,  and   the   business priorities  at   the  circle  level   to  facilitate  effective   HR  and Administrative  support   to  the  respective   business/functional leadership teams.
  • Drive implementation of the HR policies to bring uniformity in all people practices along with Head-HR
  • Inculcate discipline and code of conduct by reinforcing workplace ethics & value systems.
  • Plan communication initiatives in conjunction with leadership teams at  circle  and   at  Corporate Office to  ensure   consistency,  openness  and transparency.
  • Coordinates special projects as directed to include, but  not limited to, employee survey and feedback process etc.
  • Execute circle   specific    Rewards   & Recognitions program and facilitate deployment and review of National R&R programs for  sustainability, effectiveness and relevance.
  • Drive communications with employees, policy refreshers, townhalls etc. at circle
  • Drive national projects along with Head-HR to ensure operational efficiency

Ensure Facility Management by optimizing cost and resources:

  • Maintain a safe, secured & hygienic facility
  • Up keep of Office, Office security, Pantry Services, Mail Room, Front Office, Courier management, Travel, Asset Management
  • Proper maintenance of Assets and keeping them ready for usage
  • Ensuring Safety and security of team members by implementing processes
  • Transport facilities, IT Management, Logistics for all employees.

Ensure Compliances and vendor management: statutory compliances and ensuring the adherence to the same

  • Ensure timely audit of vendor statutory documents
  • Drive vendors to comply with all statutory norms as per Indus policy
  • Meet all statutory compliance requirements for Indus
  • Ensure delivery of services from all vendors, as per agreed SLAs
  • Ensure liasoning with labor commissioner office
  • Monitor compliance to all relevant employment laws and monitor availability of relevant documentation to meet compliance requirements
  • Ensure Partner governance, partner performance evaluations and associated actions

Skills & Knowledge

Graduate / Post Graduate (Business Administration / Human Resources):

Skills / Competencies:

Education & Experience

  • Education

    : MBA/PGDM in HR or Business Administration.
  • Experience

    : 58 years in HR and Admin roles, with at least 2-3 years in Core HR- Ops, HRBP & 2-3 years in Admin & Facility Management
  • Certifications

    : HR certifications from reputed institutions (e.g., IIM, SHRM) are a plus

Interactions

1. Internal interactions (Roles you need to interact with internally in the organization to enable success in your day to day work) : First level interaction for the approvals/guidance and new initiatives with Circle Head- HR, Circle CEO, Circle Finance Head and Corporate HR & Admin team

2. Second Level is with circle leadership team for rolling down various initiatives.

3. Third Level Team is with all employees and Associates (our internal customers) as services provider for various Admin and HR support.
