Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Role – 60%) Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding. Develop job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Use Boolean search, social media, and internal databases for sourcing candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring plans. Maintain candidate pipelines and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Handle offer negotiations, joining follow-up, and candidate engagement. HR Administration (40%) Manage HR documentation including employee records, contracts, and policy updates. Assist with onboarding and induction processes. Maintain HRIS systems and employee databases. Support in payroll coordination by ensuring timely submission of attendance and leave records. Manage exit formalities including clearance, documentation, and feedback. Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal communications, and training logistics. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and HRMS platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
