HR Analyst Exp:- 5+ years Only Male candidates Workdays:- 6 days Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our team. The HR Analyst will be responsible for managing daily human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance etc Key Responsibilities: Administer and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process. Support employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving workplace issues. Assist in performance review procedures and support managers with employee development plans. Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries in coordination with providers. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
