Job Description

Human Resources (HR)
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
Design and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee payroll, statutory compliance, and grievance handling.
Build succession planning and workforce capability for engineering & project teams.
Administration
Supervise office and site administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
Develop and implement policies for travel, transport, procurement of consumables, and site support.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company regulations related to admin & labor.
Manage contracts, renewals, and service agreements.
Information Technology (IT)
Oversee IT infrastructure, ERP, and project collaboration platforms.
Manage hardware, software, and networking across offices and project sites.
Implement data security, backup, and cybersecurity policies.
Support digital transformation, including mobile apps, dashboards, and ERP integrations.
MEP Services Lead
Provide leadership in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design, execution, and maintenance for office and laboratory projects.
Review and coordinate MEP drawings, BOQs, and vendor proposals.
