Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups) Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Support onboarding, induction, and exit formalities Assist in payroll processing and leave management Help organize employee engagement initiatives and HR events Handle HR correspondence and maintain HR documentation Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team Requirements: Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination or similar role Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
