Job Description

Regular attendance is an essential function of this position. Design Experience in Rotating Electrical Machineries. Compliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a non-smoking workplace is required. Compliance with all Company policies is required, including adherence to Company ISO 9001 Standard and compliance with company Affirmative Action and Company Safety procedures. In corporate the Standards of Excellence as outlined by TME(Pride, Desire, Teamwork, Attention to Detail, and Follow-through) into daily activities in order to create a Total Quality environment. Be capable for reading and drafting with engineering drawings. Master in auto-CAD software. Build up the production manuals and technical criteria. Implement the service before sales. Design the products and release all the drawings for the customized orders. Execute technical supports in the production lines. Provide the required service and technical service after sales. Develop and improve the technology of design. Research and develop the materials for productions. Deliver and apply new technology to the products. Miscellaneous and other supports. Sketch and draft the drawings to take the required data at site during field visit. Analysis and conduct the measurement for troubleshooting. Estimate design/manufacturing cost for sales quotations. Provides the training/mentoring materials for the seminars or training courses. Communicate with parent companies (ie HMP/TWMC) to update technical data sheets and technical plans.
