Job Description

Office Environment: Build and maintain a friendly and positive office atmosphere.
Pantry & Office Supplies: Manage pantry operations and ensure availability of snacks, beverages, and other office essentials. IT Asset Management: Track, service, and distribute laptops and other office equipment; maintain accurate inventory records. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, services, and repairs. Travel & Cab Management: Handle hotel bookings, flight tickets, office cabs, and travel reimbursements. Office Documentation: Manage company documentation, filing, and compliance support. Office Events & Coordination: Assist in organizing office events, festivals, team outings, and celebrations; handle logistics, catering, gifts, and communication.
  • What We Are Looking For
Freshers or interns with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
