Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Summary We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to architect and scale digital platforms that drive EMO Energy s mission-critical software systems. You will lead the development of real-time fleet management tools, rider-facing web/mobile apps, and backend infrastructure supporting our electric vehicle ecosystem. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering leader with deep full stack expertise and a passion for building high-performance systems from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Architect and lead the development of scalable platforms, including fleet management systems and user-facing apps. Design robust microservices, backend infrastructure, and APIs optimized for performance, security, and extensibility. Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP). Lead junior developers and team members, and maintain high engineering standards through best practices. Collaborate with data teams to integrate ML models for predictive maintenance, dynamic routing, and performance optimization. Work closely with hardware, product, and data teams to build and scale an end-to-end technology stack. Own end-to-end delivery of features from concept to deployment, ensuring rapid iteration with minimal technical debt. Define and enforce best practices for code structure, testing, monitoring, and deployment workflows. Ensure system uptime, security, and performance through proactive monitoring, logging, and incident response planning. Required Qualifications 8-12 years of experience in full stack development using React, Node.js, Python. Deep expertise in backend systems design, microservices, and API development. Hands-on experience with cloud platform, containerization and infrastructure automation. Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis, and pub-sub systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ. Exposure to MLOps and integrating ML models into production is a strong plus. Strong understanding of system architecture, performance tuning, and secure coding practices. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
