Job Overview

The Talent Operations, Recruitment & Quality Specialist will manage the full spectrum of HR operationsfrom hiring and onboarding to training, compliance, and quality monitoring.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across departments (sales, design, operations, logistics, marketing).

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, industry networks, and employee referrals.

• Partner with leadership to forecast manpower needs and design hiring plans aligned with business growth.

  • Enhance employer branding through job postings, career page updates, and participation in job fairs/university tie-ups. Talent Operations

• Oversee employee lifecycle management: onboarding, induction, payroll coordination, compliance, exits, and FNF settlements.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and documentation (contracts, appraisal letters, HR forms).

• Maintain HR systems, employee records, and dashboards for leadership reporting. Learning & Development

  • Design and implement structured training programs (brand encyclopedias, product knowledge, freight & supply chain basics, sales enablement, etc.).

• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure timely rollout of courses.

• Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvement. Quality & Compliance

• Set and monitor HR & operational KPIs (attrition, recruitment TAT, training hours, attendance, performance ratings).

• Conduct audits for SOP adherence across HR, operations, and client-facing documentation.

• Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements and internal policies. Culture & Engagement

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives (Wala Awards, Wala Club, CSR activities, offsites).

• Support performance management, feedback cycles, and rewards recognition.

• Strengthen ApneWalas Friends Doing Business with Friends ethos through people-first practices.

from 4:30 pm- 1:30 am IST

Location- Sec 62, Noida

Sales & Marketing Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/HR certification preferred).

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, and/or quality management.

• Strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment (preferably in B2B, sales, design, or supply chain roles).

• Familiarity with training design, LMS platforms, and employee engagement programs.

• Proficiency in HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office Suite. Skills & Competencies

• Recruitment Savvy: Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills. • Process-Oriented: Skilled in creating and enforcing SOPs and compliance frameworks.

• Analytical: Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize processes.

  • Quality Focused: Detail-oriented, with a commitment to excellence in people operations.
