Job Description

A Royal Enfield HR and Admin Executive handles various administrative tasks, including assisting with recruitment, managing employee records and payroll, ensuring HR compliance, and supporting HR initiatives like training and performance reviews. They also manage daily operations by maintaining attendance, facilitating communication, and providing administrative support for the HR department. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:Posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Record Management:Maintaining accurate employee records, databases, and files.
  • Compliance & Policies:Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies, and supporting HR audits.
  • Payroll & Benefits:Managing payroll inputs, coordinating with the finance team, and handling employee benefits administration.
  • Performance Management:Assisting with employee performance review processes and handling employee queries and grievances.
  • Training & Engagement:Organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Administration:Monitoring attendance and leaves, generating reports, and handling general administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Communication:Supporting internal communication efforts related to HR policies and programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
