Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR & Admin Executive located in Mumbai. The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing general HR functions. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves administrative tasks such as office management and supporting various departments within the organization.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant experience in HR and administrative roles is a plus
