The ideal candidate will have strong English language skills, excellent communication abilities, a knack for sales, and a customer-centric approach. You will receive training from our team to efficiently handle emails and other tasks, while providing a personalized experience for each guest. Preference will be given to candidates in Delhi/NCR and who can join immediately. Experience required - 6 months to 3 years. Salary range is 25,000 to 35,000 per month. Responsibilities Answer booking enquiries of guests in a friendly manner. Paying attention to the guest’s requirements to ensure understanding of enquiries and giving an appropriate response. Provide accurate information regarding availability, accommodation types, areas etc. Help with marketing tasks when needed Qualifications A degree in tourism or Public Relations will be preferred. Fluent in English (excellent grammar). Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Good computer skills, including the ability to type and talk while successfully navigating through multiple applications.
