The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end establishment of the plant from infrastructure planning, machinery procurement, installation & commissioning to production ramp-up and team building. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in solar PV module manufacturing with experience in greenfield projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the greenfield plant setup for solar panel module manufacturing from scratch. Coordinate with civil consultants, architects, and vendors for plant infrastructure development. Evaluate, select, and procure machinery and equipment for the module line (including stringers, laminators, testers, etc.). Ensure timely installation, commissioning, and readiness of the production line. Establish SOPs and quality control processes for efficient plant operations. Drive production planning, process optimization, and cost efficiency. Ensure adherence to global quality standards (like IEC, MNRE, BIS). Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and safety practices.
