Job Description

Job Purpose:

To support the HR and Administration functions by managing day-to-day activities related to recruitment, attendance, compliance, employee engagement, and upkeep of administrative facilities, including guest house management.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources

  • Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and prepare inputs for payroll processing.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF, etc.) and documentation.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures across departments.
  • Coordinate employee engagement, reward & recognition, and welfare activities.
  • Assist in performance appraisal, training coordination, and manpower reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain daily and monthly HR reports (attendance, attrition, etc.).

Administration

  • Oversee office and housekeeping, transport, Guest House Management.
  • Coordinate staff travel bookings, vehicle arrangements, and vendor payments.
  • Support local liaison activities with vendors, service providers, and authorities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance.
  • Strong coordination and administrative management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education:

    Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR.
  • Experience:

    25 years in HR & Admin
