HR Admin Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Admin Executive to join our team in India. The successful candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and conducting initial screenings.
• Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
• Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll matters.
• Help with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws in India.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
