Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Admin Executive to join our team in India. The successful candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and compliance with HR policies. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and conducting initial screenings.
Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll matters.
Help with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws in India.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
