Lead talent acquisition initiatives and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent.
Drive employee engagement, training, and development programs to enhance productivity and morale.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, labour laws, and audit requirements.
Oversee administrative operations—vendor management, procurement, facility upkeep, documentation, and logistics.
Support top management in strategic planning, reporting, and process improvement.
Foster a professional, ethical, and growth-driven work culture.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven HR leadership experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of HR operations, statutory compliance, and performance management systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
High proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and data management tools.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to lead teams, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
