Job Description

Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Industry: Architecture & Interior Design
Location: Kadavanthara
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: 5–10 years
Reporting To: Principal Designer / Management

Job Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records
Manage payroll coordination, leave management, and statutory compliance support
Oversee administrative functions such as office maintenance, vendor coordination, and asset management
Maintain employee files, documentation, and HR policies
Support management with reports, MIS, and internal coordination
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Assist in employee engagement and performance support activities

Key Requirements

5–10 years of experience in HR & Administration
Prior experience in architecture / interior design / construction industry preferred
Strong knowledge of HR processes and office administration
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
